A message to our community about COVID-19
EJPPG is taking steps to closely monitor the impact of COVID-19. Our goal is to always provide a safe and healthy environment for our team members, our clients and our supplier partners. In order to best follow the CDC’s guidelines, we have decided to close our production facility on Friday, March 27, 2020.
COVID-19 not only has affected our production facility, but many of our supplier partners in other states as well. We are hearing every day of facilities that are having to close or delay shipments, which will impact some of the orders we process for you.
Our team is working tirelessly to ensure that we get your order to you as soon as possible. We will communicate to you if your order has been delayed and provide you with constant updates as to when you can expect to receive your order.
While our production facility may be closed, our inside and outside sales teams and customer service representatives are working from home to ensure that you and your company/organization’s promotional product and apparel needs are taken care of.
